Social
The social pillar is a fundamental principle for the LIVINTRI brand. We recognise the importance of generating a sense of community among residents and have incorporated this into our design concepts. Buildings can be equipped with a rooftop terrace where residents can come together and socialise, fostering a sense of community and connection. We also believe in the importance of integrating our buildings into the local community via the use of customer-specified cladding, ensuring that structures seamlessly match the local surroundings.
Design
The LIVINTRI design principle is centred around providing an affordable living solution without compromising on the aesthetics and comfortability of the spaces. We have incorporated high-level design into our apartments by cleverly leveraging on large-scale material and furniture. The LIVINTRI furniture options are carefully selected to complement the aesthetics of our living units. Made of natural colours and components, they add warmth and character to each apartment.
Space
The LIVINTRI Space concept is a truly unique design with a diagonal floor plan that sets it apart from traditional housing units. Advantages of this innovative design include ample natural light, private balconies for each unit and maximum window coverage, resulting in a bright and airy living space. The diagonal floor plan also maximises the efficiency of the living space, ensuring that every corner of the apartment is used.
