The LIVINTRI concept

LIVINTRI’s modular housing concept is innovative, eco-friendly and highly versatile. Each apartment is constructed using 25 or 26 cross-laminated timber (CLT) components, which provides a sustainable, sturdy and cost-effective construction. With two standard layouts, namely the one- or two-bedroom layout, we can create three distinct exteriors – octagon, square and line – that offer a modern and aesthetically pleasing design. All three designs meet client needs and match local surroundings, blending seamlessly with the scenery and architecture. This flexibility allows LIVINTRI to provide a customised solution for each project and create a unique living experience for our residents.
