LIVINTRI specializes in the design and construction of innovative modular residential buildings. Our patented TRIangle construction concept allows us to build faster and more efficiently, while also increasing the structural integrity and durability of our buildings.

Construction materials
Each LIVINTRI unit is constructed using cross-laminated timber (CLT), an eco-friendly building material consisting of layers of wood bonded together under high pressure. Incorporating CLT into our building process confers numerous sustainability benefits, including the sequestration of carbon throughout the timber’s lifetime, reduced energy consumption, and a lower weight compared to traditional concrete and steel constructions. These advantages enable us to utilise fewer slabs and foundations, reducing our environmental impact. In addition to being sustainable, CLT also provides significant health and wellbeing benefits for the occupants of each LIVINTRI unit. Studies have shown that exposure to interior timber can positively impact both physiological and psychological health. At LIVINTRI, we are committed to creating sustainable and healthy living spaces that enhance the quality of life for each of our clients.

LIVINTRI’s living concept is designed to be simple and aesthetically appealing. In addition to its visual appeal, each LIVINTRI unit can also be delivered fully furnished by a high-end Italian furniture company. This adds to the convenience and ease of transitioning into a new home and allows residents to enjoy top- quality furniture and design right from the start.
Size and floor plan
Each LIVINTRI unit offers a total surface area of approximately 60 square metres, providing residents with ample space and comfort. Our unique floor plan further enhances the spacious feel, with the largest diagonal reaching approximately 8 metres for a two-bedroom apartment and approximately 10 metres for a one-bedroom apartment. Another unique point is that each unit features a private balcony, offering residents the option to relax outside without being overlooked by neighbours.
Energy-saving installation
LIVINTRI offers energy-efficient units to its residents, equipped with the latest heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. These state-of-the-art energy-efficient features are carefully designed to significantly reduce the overall cost of living for our residents. LIVINTRI’s units have achieved an energy label of A+++ for the Dutch market, which is a testament to their superior energy efficiency.
